Terms and Conditions All prices are for one-day rental of equipment. All charges for time out whether the equipment is used or not, so please make your choices carefully.An additional charge will be applied if equipment returned after the specified due date. Special rates are available for long-term rental. Delivery Special containers are provided for china, flatware, glassware, etc. to ensure that you receive your items sterilized and undamaged and table ready. All items will be checked and counted carefully and will again be checked and counted at the time of retrieval. Delivery charges may vary. Pickup Tables and chairs should be knocked down and stacked ready for pickup. Rinse all china, silver, glassware etc. free of food and repacked in their original containers. Linens should be refuse free and dried to prevent staining and mildew. An additional charge will be applied if items do not meet the above conditions. Lost or Damage Items Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessee from the time of delivery to the time of return. Our insurance does not cover equipment that is out on rental. Please make sure that equipment is secured and protected from the weather. We do charge for the replacement or repair of missing or damaged equipment. Reservations Rental charges and their security deposit must be paid in full to confirm reservations. Orders will not be delivered if all payments have not been made.
